Critical Path Forecasting

As a sole developer, I designed, authored and implemented a critical path management program to improve treatments and define a more precise path for “End of Life” patients.

This system was created for a company of 1600 plus home care nurses that would, during their daily scheduled treatments and diagnoses of the patients, follow a pre-set questionnaire. Their answers would then be accumulated and analyzed. The intricate logics of the program would then restructure the path of treatments and services according to best recorded results on a daily basis. The data would be synchronized across the team nightly for near real-time availability. All paths were captured and stored for future reference and computations. The application could digitally display and/or print out, via dynamically written HTML documents, the entire path along with comparisons of periodical results and/or cross-patient expectancies.
